For the Junior Consultant role: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the not-for-profit sector. We may consider experience levels outside of this range for exceptional candidates.
For the Senior Consultant role: demonstrable experience as a consultant in the philanthropic or non-profit sector, ideally working directly on climate issues
Across both roles:
Experience of working for, or with, philanthropic foundations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrable interest and experience in climate change, sustainability, air pollution and/or other environmental/social issues
Ability to multi-task and manage uncertainty, supported by strong organisational skills
Desire to help the team and business to grow
Comfort in a start-up environment where formal processes and systems are lacking
Familiarity and confidence with a range of IT applications
