• Imogen has a background in strategy, communications and philanthropy.

    Before setting up Cambridge Grove Consulting, Imogen worked at the Clean Air Fund, a global philanthropic foundation, leading the organisation’s work in the UK and securing and managing funds of over £9m.

    Prior to that, Imogen ran a communications consultancy specialising in sustainable development for 13 years, working with clients including the Climate Group, PwC, the United Nations Environment Programme and the World Health Organisation.

    Imogen holds a BA in Geography from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s degree in the Political Economy of Violence, Conflict and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies.

  • Matt has a background in philanthropy, strategy and fundraising.

    Prior to establishing Cambridge Grove Consulting, Matt was a founding employee of the Clean Air Fund, a philanthropic foundation tackling air pollution globally.

    Matt spent over six years at the Fund and was integral in establishing its strategy, building a 90-person international team and helping to raise more than $200m from climate and health foundations.

    Prior to that, he supported strategy, communications and business development for the climate and environment work of the National Physical Laboratory, a science and technology institute.

    Matt serves on the governing board of OpenAQ, a US-based NGO, and is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute’s Rising Leaders Fellowship. He holds a Master’s degree in climate science.
